Dancing in the Rain... An Action Wobble Card

Don't you just love days that have rain all day? I love the sound of rain, love the smell of a summer rain coming, enjoy watching the lightning.... all of that. So I decided since we have been having some thunderstorms lately, I'd make a rainy day card.
