It's Always the Small Pieces That Make the Big Picture

Oh my gosh..... The weekend has arrived! Woo-Hoo!

Today I made a new card with the same image I used last Wednesday, but the card for today uses a different layout and supplies.

Isn't she cute!!  I thought about putting some Googlie eyes on her, but decided that took away from her adorable eyes.

  • Whimsical Spring Cat Clipart  Affiliate Link

  • Stampin' Up - Layering Scallop Squares

  • Pattern paper background from scraps

  • Gems from scraps

  • Kitty image is attached with thick square foam adhesive to give it some lift off the card

If you missed my card from last Wednesday, here is the same image with a different card creation. You can find the details HERE

Keep Smiling

Hello, my Crafty Friends!
Today I have a couple of Rain cards to share with you. Everything is the same except on one card I tilted the image frame slightly. It's amazing how a small change like that can really make a difference on your card making.

Here are the items I used to create this project:
  • 4.25" x 5.50" Blank Folded Card
  • Spring Duck Clipart Bundle Duck Affiliate link
  • Sizzix Dies - Deckled Rectangles
  • Stampin' Up ink - Blushing Bride & Daffodil Delight
  • Stamped Sentiment - My Creative Time
  • Gems - stash
That fun duck looks really happy! Such a simple card to make, but sure does make me smile really big. :)

Thanks for visiting with me today!
See you tomorrow with another project.

Have a Happy Day!
Janis

Boots and Flowers

I hope your week is going well. I'm loving all the flowers blooming and birds singing in our backyard. If it would just get a bit warmer. :)

Today I have a beautiful card to share with you. I'll include Affiliate links for items I used. This was very simple to create.

Here are the items I used to create this project:
  • 4.25" x 5.50" Blank Folded Card
  • Die-namics Circle Die for the white circle
  • Boots and Flowers Affiliate Link HERE  (I made the image a sticker)
  • Paper Play Sketches #001
  • Purple Spring Digital Paper Set Affiliate Link HERE
  • I printed out as a sticker (that's always fun)

I had some leftover gorgeous paper, so I added a column of it inside the card. There is still plenty of room to write out a message.

Thanks for visiting with me today!
See you tomorrow with another project.

Have a Happy Day!
Janis

I Love Spring!

Spring is in the Air!  Oh, and the pollen is too. LOL
Today I'm sharing a cute card that was easy to pull together quickly.

  • The papers and gems are both from scraps.
  • Cardstock is Stampin' Up.
  • Stampin' Up Layering Squares (die cuts) for framing the kitty.
  • The sentiment from my stash. I cut the sticker paper so I could stack the message.
  • The Sweet Kitty watering the flowers is a digital image.
You can find it HERE with my Affiliate link. :)
