When I was little, I thought the best part of apple picking was filling the basket.

Now I know the best part is trying to convince yourself that one more apple won't hurt... right before you realize you've picked enough to feed a small village. 😂

Life is funny that way.

We spend so much time waiting for the "big" moments that we almost miss the little ones—the smell of fresh apples, warm cookies cooling on the counter, a porch swing conversation, or laughing so hard you have to wipe away tears.

Those are the moments that quietly become our favorite memories.

So today...

Collect the laughter.
Collect the sunshine.
Collect the hugs.
Collect the cookie crumbs.
Collect the "remember when..." stories.

The dishes will still be there tomorrow.

But today's beautiful moments?

Those are worth hanging onto. 🍎❤️
