MONSTER MASH BLOG HOP!

Welcome to our MONSTER MASH BLOG HOP!!!  We are so glad you are hopping along with us!  Aren't the projects you've seen so far AMAZING?!!  I'm telling you, I'm on a hop with some extremely talented ladies!  This is so much fun!!

So, if you came here from Dream Of Crafting's blog, you are on the right track!
If not, CLICK HERE to start back at the beginning.

Here is a short video showing my project, but for all the details and measurements, see post below.

Aren't Explosion Boxes cool?!
Here are the pictures of all 4 sides of my box and the top of the lid.

Here you can see that when I remove the lid, the images are only attached at the top, so they come off with the lid.

This is the inside of the box!  I made a little box inside to hold some candy.  Yes, it's SUGAR FREE.  LOL

As promised, here are the details.
For Box Lid :

Start off with 8" x 8" cardstock.
Score @ 2" all the way around.
On opposite sides where the score lines cross, cut a slit up from the bottom to the crossing score line.
Fold up sides and adhere.

For the Box Layers Bottom:
For each page section, cut and score with size indicated, then cut away 4 corners leaving a "+".

Start off with 11 5/8" square, score @ 3 7/8" on all sides.
Then 11 1/4" square, score @ 3 3/4" on all sides.
Then 10 7/8" square, score @ 3 5/8" on all sides.
Then 10 1/2" square, score @ 3 1/2" on all sides.
Adhere all bottoms together, but leave sides unattached so you can flip through the pages adding pictures, journaling, etc.

You make the inside candy box just like you make the lid, but with smaller measurements.
Start off with 6" x 6" cardstock.
Score @ 1 1/2" all the way around.
Cut slits on opposite sides up to where the score lines cross.
Fold up all sides and adhere.

Did you see what the GRAND PRIZE is?  Crazy About Cricut will be drawing a winner for this Sweet Treat!

Pretty good TREAT, huh?
For a chance to win, make sure you visit all the blogs on the hop and leave a comment at every one.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!  You next stop is The Creative Stamper Spot.

Thanks for Monster Mashing with us!
ENJOY!!
