You Can Never Have Too Much Happy

Papers are old from my stash box.
Vellum stickers, American Crafts
Clear sequins
I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock
(after running it through the Big Shot with at stitched circle die)
then placed the vellum sticker on top of that.
Hot Air Balloon hand colored with Stampin' Up Blends
