Today's Featured Stamp Set, Autumn Splendor, and my project:

Here is my card I made using this awesome stamp set!

Project # 426 of this year
  • A2 size card 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"
  • Black mat cut @ 5 3/8" x 4 1/8"
  • Yellow pattern paper cut @ 5 1/4" x 4"
  • Pumpkin was stamped twice - once on orange pattern paper and once on green pattern paper. Then the 2 pieces were cut and adhered together to make one pumpkin. (I just love this pumpin!)
  • The pumpkin and the sentiment are both adhered to the card using 2 thicknesses of foam tape.
  • Sentiment is also from this same MFPS stamp set.
Very clean and simple card, but I like it!

Today, we are also featuring the 5th and Mini Sets!

Project # 429 of this year

  • Blue mitten mat cut @ 3 3/4" x 5"
  • Snowman and sentiment are both stamps from the MFPS' 5th Set this month "Holly Jolly Greetings"
  • Snowman was stamped on white and again on red plaid. Then I cut the scarf out of the plaid and adhered it to the white snowman. Buttons added for dimension. Glitter added to ear muffs and hat.
  • The blue mitten image mat was placed inside a clear bag my stamps came in. (Recycle, baby!) Then I poured in some shaved ice for the "snow". You can shake the card and have the snow fly around. Fun! Gotta love interactive cards.
