CCC #60 - VALENTINE FOR MAN

This week over at Cricut Cardz Challenge we are to make a Valentine for a Man.

I made 2 cards for this challenge.  The first one I'm going to show you is for our little man  - our grandson, Kevin.

Now, I know you are thinking this isn't very masculine, but hey - I know the man I'm giving it to will love it because it came from his grandparents.  :)

I used both my fav colors - blue and purple.
Card base blue from Value Pack
Background papers from Recollections ALL GIRL
Green rhinestones and Googlie Eyes
BIRTHDAY BASH Snail cut @ 3 1/2"

The second one I'm going to show you now if for my hubby.

Your little snail is so CUTE!.. and I LOVE the pickup truck! (Still hoping to join in on your 52Q, but I'm just so new to this, I'm still gathering up my tools and supplies.) How's your weather? We're definitely getting a one-two punch of snow here! The kids have the day too!... I'll probably be scrappin', and maybe even baking today. Whatever you're doing today, enjoy it! ~tina

Both cards are wonderful as always. I think I will try to get this challenge done this weekend since I have to make a Valentine's Day card for my hubby anyhow. :)

Big hugs, Heather

Love both your cards, but my favourite is the old fashioned truck. I have looked and looked at that cut in the handbook and I think you have inspired me to just 'cut it already!'.
Great work for the CCC challenge - TFS!
Cheers, Karen

Good Morning Janis,
I like the truck card. Made one similar (with stickers) for my son one year. You could use this for a little boy. Adorable.

Cards for men can be so difficult and usually not much fun to make, but your cards are very sweet and so inspiring! Hugz, Cheryl
