Weight Watchers Wednesday

Hi, everyone!

How did it go for you last week?

I had a good week. My weigh-in on Friday showed me -0.4 pounds.

Total weight loss since January -36.0.

At least for 2 weeks in a row I've lost a little.

A little is better than nothing or gaining, so I'm happy.

I've got to get out of this funk I'm in.

I'm always wanting to much on something lately.

Where is that coming from?

When we got groceries last weekend, I bought a couple of soup cans for lunches this week. One of them was potato and bacon. Surprisingly it was only 5 points. I wish I had bought more than one can because it was delicious yesterday!

We are going to take a day trip to Charleston this weekend.

Charleston is where my husband was born and lived growing up.

It's been a long time since we've been down there to play tourist.

I love seafood, and Tom says we'll have to hit the crab shack for a meal while we are there. Mmmm, I do love me some crab legs. I hope the weather is good so we can take Bonnie walking on the beach looking for seashells. She'd love that.
