I love this image! It's by BUGABOO DIGITAL IMAGES. I used an A2 size card for my card base. (5 1/2" x 4 1/4") The background papers are all from a Christmas paper swap I had with Lynn of Boots and Bling Time. (She's also in this hop, so you'll be visiting her too!) And then I added 2 heart rhinestones. Easy Peasy!
