For today's project I made a card using a past MOJO Monday Sketch.

• Foam squares to adhere swimming flippers
• Timeless Twine: Lemonade Yellow & Aqua Blue
• Stampin' Up & Bazzill for solid papers
• Echo Partk 6x6 Walking on Sunshine for pattern papers

For the scallop circle, I created another circle to fit inside for the fishy paper using the Cameo software.

For the two banners, I used the Internal Offset feature to create the layered look.
