Heart Shaped Teacher Card

Hi, everyone! Do you know what day it is? It's Chinese Take-out for Lunch day! Woo-Hoo! Is it lunch time yet?

You still have time to play in PDE Linky Party's Anything Goes challenge! Don't forget to link up so we can see what your creative side has been up to lately.

This morning I made a really easy and fun Cricut Make-It-Now project. It's called, "Love For Teacher Card by JGoode Designs." The only free part of this project is the score line. The other elements are not part of the monthly Cricut Subscription, sadly.

One of our daughters went back to school for her Masters, and this coming school year will be her first time teaching Art. I thought this card would be perfect for her with the pencil, crayons, and scissors on it.

  • Cricut Make-It-Now project "Love For Teacher Card by JGoode Designs"
  • I added coloring to the pencil, thumbtacks, and paperclips on the cover
  • This design also came with 6 scissor cuts that incorporate the writing feature. In fact, the writing feature was used a lot on this project. I love that feature.
  • Both the outside and inside pieces are print and cut using Lyrical Letters font
  • I added some ribbon to the outside and a button on the inside

The Cricut Make-It-Now section is awesome. I love that I can go find a great project and everything is all worked out for me. All I have to do is print, write, and cut it out. Fantastic idea!

Thank you so much for stopping by to see me today. I hope you enjoyed the YouTube video. It's about time I started making those again. Give me a few days to get back in the swing of it. I'm still stumbling over my words, but hey, it's me and that's how I would talk if we were face to face. No script here. :)

Hugs!
:) Janis
