How is it going on your WW journey? Are you writing everything down?

I lost -2.0 pounds this past week. Yay! I am so close to 30 pounds lost! Maybe next week I'll be able to tell you that 30 pounds are gone forever. I hope so. Keep your fingers crossed!

I wore out my VivoFit band that tracked my steps for me, so I started using one of Tom's bands. Then I got my arm caught on something and ripped his band. Gee-whiz. I've worn a Vivofit for so long,  I kind of just know when I've met my step goal these days. It's become more of a watch for me instead of a step counter. I decided to take it off and buy a cheap watch instead. I Bought the cheapest one they had at Target ($10.99), and I love it. (Blue band - you know I love blue.)

Non-Scale Victory from this week.......
  1. Tom's brother and my Sister-in-law came over to eat with us Saturday night. I haven't seen them in a couple of weeks and when Donna saw me, she said, "Hey, Skinny!" You know that made me smile. I'm not skinny, but she said how she could tell Weight Watchers was working for me and keep doing it. :)
  2. I wore a skirt and tank top to the grocery store for some fruit. A man in the parking lot hollered at me when I walked by. Okay, that's really creepy, but I took it as a compliment. As long as he doesn't approach me, because then I'll have to karatasize him.

  1. You inspire me everyday. I weighed in this morning....drum roll...-1.6. My BMI 1.4%. I had a couple of challenging moments which I allowed to defeat me but this upcoming week is going to be better. Still working on getting my feet back to normal so I can start walking again.
