Teddy Bear Parade Blog Hop

Happy Saturday!  Welcome to our Teddy Bear Parade Blog Hop!!

Please note: Some of those in our hop this weekend may have been affected by the hurricane and therefore without power. If you go to a link and it does not work or you do not see their Teddy Bear Project, please move on to the next link on the list. All 3 days of this hop have a different list, and all 3 days of the hop lists are provided at the bottom of this post. Thank you for your patience, and thank you for hopping along in our Teddy Bear Parade!

Today, tomorrow and Monday we will have a brand new HOP LIST with brand new projects to show you each day.  I am only in the hop today, so be sure to start at Lucy's blog tomorrow and Sunday for the new hop list, or you can see each day's hop list at the end of this post.

This Hop is all about using those adorable cuts in the Cricut Lite cartridge, Teddy Bear Parade. What a fun cart!!

I am so burned out on making cards, I decided to do a 12"x 12" scrapbook layout for my project. I started out as a scrapbooker years ago, and got into making cards in 2009 when I met Mary of Cardz TV. I really enjoy making cards, but am interested in getting back to my neglected scrapbooking too.

Here is my Teddy Bear Parade project:

#457, M11-12#1
Normally I re-size my photos before uploading them to my blog posts, but this time I decided not to so that if you want, you can click on the photo above and see my layout picture much bigger. (Easier to see the details.)

  • 12" x 12" Scrapbook layout page
  • EVERY DAY PAPER DOLLS Clouds p. 42 cut in various sizes; Cuttlebug folder "Romance"; inked around the edges in light blue
  • EVERY DAY PAPER DOLLS Haystack p. 77 cut @ 3"
  • EVERY DAY PAPER DOLLS Grass p. 49 cut @ 2 1/4"
  • DOODLECHARMS Basket p. 116 cut @ 1 1/2"
  • JUST BECAUSE CARDS Tree with Swing p. 57 cut @ 7.667" and top cut @ 5.333"
  • PAPER DOLL DRESS UP Fence p. 78 cut @ 1 1/2"
  • TEDDY BEAR PARADE Farmer cut @ 3 1/2" (I ended up adding tiny blue buttons to his overalls after I took this photo.)
  • Fiskars APPLE punch
  • MARK'S FINEST PAPERS & STAMPS for sentiment from "Autumn Splendor" stamp set
  • Everything inked around the edges with Tim Holtz Tea Dye distress ink

I haven't decided yet if I will be putting just one large photo or several smaller ones in the space I've left open. But I'm sure we'll figure that out after we get some photos of our FALL walks.

Thanks for stopping by today! Below you will see the HOP LIST for each of the 3 days. Have fun hopping and getting some Teddy Bear Parade inspiration!

But before you go.... who wants some blog candy?

I have this adorable package of 3D doggie stickers by La Petites (Hobby Lobby's Paper Studio). Don't they just make you SMILE?
