Now, on to my Valentine project I made for you to check out.

I made a "Matchbook" Mini Album. I love the way these albums are put together and the end result. The idea and complete instructions came from my book, OUTSTANDING MINI ALBUMS. You can check it out HERE. If you like this one, and want to see another Matchbook Mini Album I've made before, CLICK HERE.

Here is my Valentine Matchbook Mini Album

Project #48 of this year
Matchbook paper base from Hobby Lobby's Fairytale Princess pack.
Antique Brads from Creative Charms.
Buttons from Hobby Lobby, Joann's, & Michael's.
Green solid paper from Stampin' Up.
Green dotted paper from My Mind's Eye Bloom & Grow.
Pink paper from Recollections.
Pink hearts are STICKLED!
The frame is cut from ELEGANT EDGES "Heart 2" cut @ 4".
You Make Me Happy! stamp from Cardz TV Stamps "Hugs and Kisses" set.

This is what the Matchbook Mini looks like when closed. Pretty neat, huh?

Inside Cover and first page details:
Paper from My Mind's Eye 6"x6" "Happier" stack.
Roo from POOH & FRIENDS cart p. 53 cut @ 4 1/2".

"You make me happy" stamp from
Cardz TV Stamps "Hugs and Kisses" set.
(Shown above)
Felt Flower from Recollections.

Page 1 details:
Heart buttons from Hobby Lobby.
Bee (icon) from  POOH & FRIENDS p. 17 cut @ 3 1/2" with shadow feature.

Wings (they look like a heart, don't they?) are heat embossed.
I cut out the wings then used a Versamark pad to stamp on them.
I then sprinkled Kaleidoscope transparent embossing powder from Stampendous all over them....

and used my heat gun to seal it in. I love how they turned out!

These flowers are from the $1.00 bin at Michaels. I think they are Recollections.
The rhinestone flower middles are from the $1.00 at Target.  Both flowers and Rhinestones have glitter in them. (They came like that. I didn't add it.)
The "Love in Bloom" is from Cardz TV Stamps "Garden Greetings."

The YOU & ME stamp is from  Cardz TV Stamps "Hugs and Kisses".

Another frame frame cut from ELEGANT EDGES "Heart 2" cut @ 4".

All of these page background papers are from Paper from My Mind's Eye 6"x6" "Happier" stack.
The beautiful antique flower brad is from Creative Charms.
Hunny pot from POOH & FRIENDS cart cut @ 3 1/2".

"Hello honey!" stamp from Cardz TV Stamps "Going Buggy".

Button from Hobby Lobby.
Ribbon from stash.

This is the last page.
Pearl flower from stash and not in the package, but probably from Recollections.
Love Bugs from SIMPLY CHARMED p. 31 cut @ 2".

"Luv Bugz" sentiment stamp from Cardz TV Stamps "Going Buggy".

I know this was a lot of pictures, and a lot of information. I hope you enjoyed looking at my Matchbook Mini Album as much as I had making it and looking through it again and again myself. Remember, to see another Matchbook Mini Album I made last year CLICK HERE.
