Remember I said the mailman had brought me some SPLASHTASTIC SUMMER goodness this week? Here's the first card I've made with K Andrew Design's clear stamps! I just love these stamps. You can mix 'n' match the phrases to say just about anything you want. So much fun!!!

This card design is from the magazine PAPERCRAFTS July / August 2011 issue on page 52. It's called the "Big Button Hi Card" and was designed by Teri Anderson. I adapted it a little, but the basics are the same. You can find out more about this magazine here:

Sentiment clear stamp, "You are my sunshine" from K Andrew Design's "Splash-tastic Summer" set and inked with Colorbox chalk inks.
DOODLECHARMS Cricut Cartridge
Sunshine page 96 cut @ 2 1/2" and with Shadow feature. Keypad overlay Row 2, Column 5.
PAPER DOLL DRESS UP Cricut Cartridge
Grass page 78 cut @ 1 1/2" and trimmed to fit horizontally. Keypad overlay Row 5, Column 5. I actually put a strip of paper in the Cricut to cut the grass border. By doing this, I am able to use the original cut as well as the "negative" of the leftover paper. This card is using the negative from the left over paper.
