The tag base is actually from a Lori Whitlock card file. I used the shadow and mat for the front of the card and made this into a tag instead.
The clouds were fun to create. This file came with a double outline around each cloud and some of the clouds had more lines that made them look heavy with rain. I didn't use those on this project, but saved them for later.
First, I highlighted all the outer cut lines and selected NO CUT. Then I selected the inside lines to use with my blue sketch pen. After sketching all the inside lines, I selected those and told it to NO CUT. Highlighted all the outer lines and selected CUT. Removed the sketch pen and replaced it with the blade again and cut out my clouds. Such an easy little trick to do for your cuts and it gives them a lot of character.
My sentiment is from Craftin Desert Divas - Gotta Wear Shades.
