For my project, I decided to create a Teacher Gift with a matching Card. The card base is a Lori Whitlock file. I love the rounded bottom on the front of the card. The slider box is very cool. There is no adhesive needed for the box part - it's all in how you fold it. The slider cover only needs one strip of adhesive. You can easily slide out the box even with the twine wrapped around everything. Fill the box with pencils, chalk, erasers, or CANDY! I was going to put pencils in my box, but I think I used all the ones in the pack I purchased recently, so it got stuffed with some flavored Tootsie Roll candy sitting on a bed of yellow tulle instead.
- Silhouette ID# 60726 (slider box)
- Silhouette ID# 44883 (card base)
- Miss Kate Cuttables "First Day of School" cut files
- Timeless Twine "Cherry Red"
- Cardz TV Stamps - School Days
Thanks for stopping by today to see what I'm up to.
:) Janis
