April Showers!

Hey! I know, I know... I'm a tad bit late getting my Paper Playtime post up today. Oopsie.... No worries though because here it is!

For Ch#71 - it's all about APRIL SHOWERS over at PAPER PLAYTIME. Use any Die Cut or Die Cutting machine to create a project using an UMBRELLA! Easy Peasy!

  • TALL CARD (measures 9" x 8" - scored & folded @ 4" - This will fit into a #10 Business Size envelope!)
  • Background papers cut at:
    • Black 3 3/4" x 8 3/4"
    • Orange/Yellow/Green 3 1/2" x 8 1/2"
    • Black 3" x 8"
    • Blue swirls (rain) 3" x 8"
  • PAISLEY cartridge:
    • Umbrella p. 48 cut @ 3"
    • Giraffe p. 70 cut @ 3" (Now I know what you're thinking.... How is that Giraffe so tall if it was cut @ 3". Well, I have an answer for that. The Giraffe will cut sideways instead of longways like most Cricut cuts. So I learned the hard way that when you enter the size to cut it, it cuts it that WIDE, not that tall. So from the tip of his nose to the tip of his tail, it measures 3" WIDE.)
  • Ribbon from Hobby Lobby
  • Buttons from Hobby Lobby  adhered with Glue Dots
  • Giraffe adhered with foam tape for dimension
  • Mary's CARDZ TV STAMPS used for "God Loves You!" sentiment stamp from her Encouraging Thoughts set (one of my most favs of all her stamps although I love them all!)
