God created seasons for work and seasons for rest. Taking time to slow down allows us to appreciate His blessings and restore our hearts.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened."

Dear Lord, thank You for times of rest and refreshment. Help us slow down when needed and find peace in Your presence. Amen.
