Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to you!

I pray that you know Jesus

that your family is healed, restored, blessed, protected

that you spend time in prayer drawing closer to God

that when you are hurting you remember Psalm 23

and that you will never waiver or shrink back from letting the world know who Jesus is, what He's done for us all, and that you encourage others to keep the faith.

If you ever need prayer, I will pray for you.

God is a God of miracles.

His mercy is new every day.

(because He knows we need it daily)

He loves you.

You may not feel loved right now.

You may feel overwhelmed.

God sees you. He loves you. He wants to help you.

But He won't intrude on your life without invitation.

He wants us to want Him to be a part of our lives.

There are no magic words to offer Him in.

It's faith. It's acknowledgement that you need Him.

Talk to Him.

Pick up your Bible, start reading, keep reading.

Ask God to speak to you through it. He will.

He loves you.

You are precious to Him.

He made you. He knows everything about you. He understands your joy, your pain, your need for Him.

Just pray. He'll listen. He'll help.

I it doesn't mean everything hard in your life will disappear.

It means, with Him, you can make it through.

He's a friend. A Counselor. A Healer.

Cling to Him.

I know this, because I've experienced it in my own life.

I've cried at His feet asking Him to help me.
I've gotten mad when things seem to get worse instead of better.
I've surrendered to know He knows what He's doing. Trust Him.

Your reward in heaven will far outweigh any troubles you have here.

This world, this life here is temporary.

Your soul, your life after death - that is for all eternity.

Merry Christmas. May God protect, heal, and encourage you today.
