You Deserve A Hand!

I think YOU deserve a Hand! LOL
Cardbase is white cardstock from Wal-mart cut into A2 size card ( 5 1/2" x 4 1/4").  I bought a 2-pack of playing cards from the Dollar Tree, so I don't feel bad about using the cards on a card since they were 50 cents a pack.  *Black gem rhinestones brads from stash.  Sentiment printed from computer using font "Atriste 2" @ 20 pts. Background papers from K&C "Best Of" stack. Everything inked around the edges with brown ink from ColorBox.  I plan on sending out a couple of cards like this to some special friends who I think 'DESERVE A HAND'. I hope it will make them smile.  This card idea came from PaperCrafts magazine July / August issue, page 25, Designer: Kim Kesti.
Come play with us over at PAPER PLAYTIME where the challenge theme right now is ANYTHING GOES!

  1. What a fun card!! I've had the idea of using playing cards for awhile but haven't had the courage to break up my decks. I'm thinking I need to run to the dollar store today. :)

  2. Love it!!! What a perfect thank you card for someone special!

  3. What a great idea! I need to get this magazine! Great card!

  4. Oh my gosh! This is just awesome!!! Told Hubs that we need to pick up some playing cards now! Son-in-law would love this card!! Hubs likes it, too!!! I love it!!! :)
