I didn’t even realize I needed.
Sometimes, in the middle of everyday life, we’re given a small invitation—
to slow down, to create, and to simply be. This project became one of those moments for me.
in the stillness, in the creating, and in the smallest details.
This card became more than just a project…
it became a gentle invitation:
To trust His timing.
To dream with Him.
And to truly enjoy the blessings already around us.
Card Style: Vertical Open
Theme: Faith-Inspired Encouragement
Sentiment: Pause. Dream. Enjoy.
Materials:
- Image - Whimsical Magical Door Entrance Clipart (affiliate link)
- Sentiment - Stamin' Up set "In The Moment"
- Stampin' Up - Card base Cardstock
- Stampin' Up ink - Shaded Spruce
- Dies - Stitched Postage Stamp
There’s something special about creating with your hands—it creates space for your heart to slow down and listen.
Maybe today is your reminder to pause…
to breathe deeply…
and to notice the beauty God has already placed in your life.
If this encouraged you, feel free to share it or save it for later 💛
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

Janis, this is not only a beautiful card, but a beautiful post as well. You’re absolutely right about slowing down, creating things, and trusting in God’s timing! I really enjoyed reading this and being encouraged. You’ve done a wonderful job on that door and putting together the whole card. So glad it was a blessing for you to be able to do that! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Word Art Wednesday. We appreciate your participation!
