This card just came together so easily.  How often does that happen?  I'm using these gorgeous papers from S.E.I. received from Jenny over at Wee Memories. I love the texture of these papers.
Video Tutorial added below.
- Card base is Aqua card stock cut to make A2 size card.
 - Burgundy ribbon from Michael's.
 - Rhinestones from Joann's.
 - Paper Frame easy instructions HERE. Basically you start with 4 1/4 square paper - preferably double-sided. (However, I have made this with paper I glued back to back to appear double-sided. You can see that HERE.) Using Martha Stewart Scoring Board, score diagonally at 1" and 1 1/2" on all 4 sides. Fold corners toward center of card and fold tips back out. 3" left in center of frame for image. Place pop up squares or dots for dimension.
 - PAPER DOLL DRESS UP page 47 for frog and crown. Frog cut on REAL DIAL SIZE 1 1/2". Crown cut without RDS @ 3 1/2".
