Card base papers from DCWV The Blossom Song.

Ribbon from Joann's.

Rhinestones from Recollections.

Digi Image is a Pre-Colored Image from PINK CAT STUDIO.

ELEGANT EDGES for image matting.

"Doily" p. 33 cut @ 4" using regular cut and Oblong cut.

Sunshine from CREATE A CRITTER p. 52 cut @ 1 3/4".

Here's a little side not about the Sunshine cut in the Create A Critter cartridge.

You can clearly see on the manual sunshine image that it's suppose to have pink, round cheeks. When cutting this image it cuts out holes where the pink is suppose to shine through, just like it cuts out holes for the yes and mouth to show through as black from the previous layer. However, no where on this page does it provide the pink cheeks to cut. Hmmm.... Maybe I'm missing it. I ended up looking for another cut in this book with pink cheeks and cutting out their pink circles. I found if I cut the cheeks the same size as the sun (1 1/4"), then the pink cheek circles just feel through the holes on the sunshine's face. So I ended up cutting them at 2".

All pattern papers from Debbie Mumm variety stack I got at Joann's about 3 years ago on clearance.

Fiskar's "Treading Water" punch used on blue paper. Love this punch.

Buttons from Joann's.

Grasshopper from LIVE SIMPLY cut @ 3 1/2".

Grasshopper adhered with foam tape for dimension.

Sentiment stamp from Mary's CARDZ TV STAMPS "Hugs and Kisses" set.

Project #41 of this year

 A2 size card ( 5 1/2" x 4 1/4")

Black cardstock for cardbase from Recollections.

Background Blue paper from Echo Park "Country Drive".

Blue paper was cut @ 5 1/4" x 4" and run through the Cuttlebug using the Divine Swirl folder. After it was embossed, I ran a small Colorbox Chalk Blue ink back and forth on top of the paper to help the swirls stand out a little with the darker blue ink.

PLAINTIN SCHOOL BOOK for grass cut @ 1 1/2" and 2" in different shades of green and then trimmed length to fit width of card. 

LIVE SIMPLY for Bunny cut @ 3 1/2" using papers from Target's Dollar Bin.

Flowers from Prima.

Rhinestone from Recollections.

CREATE A CRITTER used for sunshine cut @ 1 3/4".

Sentiment stamp from Joy's Life "Wild Life Puns". This is an awesome set! I can't wait to use more of these stamps on other cards.

So... here's what I came up with...

Project #40 of this year

A2 size card (5 1/2" x 4 1/4")

Black cardstock for cardbase from Recollections.

Pink background paper from Recollections 

cut @ 5 1/4" x 4".

Pattern background paper from The Best of K&Co. 

cut @ 5" x 3 3/4".

The mushrooms are cut out of extra paper, inked around the edges with brown Colorbox chalk ink, and then foam taped for dimension.

Rhinestone butterflies from Studio 18 (Dollar bin @ Michael's).

Turquoise rhinestone Hearts from Prima. Pink rhinestone Hearts from Recollections.

Sentiment stamp from Mary's CARDZ TV Stamps "Encouraging Thoughts" set.

Card base is glittered cardstock from DCWV The Blossom Song.

Digi Image is Pre-Colored from PINK CAT STUDIO.

Image is inked around the edges with Blue Chalk ink from Colorbox.

The image's 3-layer matting is from ELEGANT EDGES "Leaves" p. 29 cut @ 4 and 4 1/4 with one Shadow.

I love this color blue! Can you see that I painted my craft room this same color? This color is so bright and cheery. Just makes you smile being in that room. :)

Green strip from scraps and inked black on the top and bottom edge.

DOODLECHARMS for the Sunshine cut @2" from p. 96.

CREATE A CRITTER for Caterpillar p. 65 cut @ 1".
CREATE A CRITTER for grass p. 65 cut @ 3/4" and 1 1/4".

FRESHLY PICKED for Flower pot p. 31 cut @ 4".
I used the "negative" cuts of flowers it cut out for the top and scattered them around the grass. :)
