A Bimini Moose PL post...

I have started a brand new blog dedicated to my Project Life Adventure. It's called
BIMINI MOOSE.

I'd love you to pop over and FOLLOW me there.

For my post today here at Pause Dream Enjoy, I'm just sharing my post from Bimini Moose.
I haven't had a lot of time to craft lately, and didn't want you guys to wonder where I went off to and if I was ever coming back. Forgive me for not having a lot of projects this week. I'll get rolling on that again real soon.

As I'm watching videos and checking out Project Life blogs, I just get more and more excited.

I got an email today that my Project Life order will be here on Friday! Yay! That's a lot sooner than I expected.

I saw that Amazon has a great deal on the
Becky Higgins Photo Pocket Pages - Big Pack of Design A (60 Pages)

I ordered a pack this morning for $10.19, then went back to get the link for you and it's dropped to $8.95. Wow! That's around 15 cents a page (if I did my math right). I decided not to post a link since I was signed into my account at the time, but just type in Project Life pocket pages in the search bar, and you'll find it. If you are a Prime Member like we are, you'll even get 2-day free shipping!

Back in the summer, Tom & I bought a new printer. I wanted something I knew I could print photos with, but have been so scared to "use up all the ink" or "ruin the photo learning how to do it." Yesterday I saw a video tutorial of how to print 2 photos onto one 4x6 photo sheet using picmonkey.com. It is a great video, and I've embedded it below for you to watch.
THIS IS NOT MY VIDEO! IT WAS CREATED BY MONICA BRADFORD.

Everything was great until it got to the printing part. I don't have the software she used for printing, so had to figure out a way to get it to print from Word. I did finally figure it out, but don't ask me how. LOL I messed around so much with it, I don't remember what all I did. But I saved it! So next time all I have to do is exchange the photo for what I want to print at that time.

Here is my first photo printed to 4x6 HP photo paper. I LOVE IT! It didn't even take nearly as long as I thought it would to print.

I plan on doing an introduction page at the beginning of my new PL album just throwing in some photos from 2014 that I love and including very simply "2014 Highlights" bullet listing. I'll use the same album to ease on to 2015. I plan to try to do a page per week, but we'll see how that goes. No pressure if I decide to change that up a bit for what works best with my life and schedule.

Thanks for stopping by today. I'd love it if you would FOLLOW me in the right sidebar. It's acting a little fickle so far, so if you have trouble, please use the FOLLOW BY EMAIL option and then try again with the regular Follow button at a later time.

Have a FABULOUS day!
:) Janis

  1. Yay, that is a great deal and Amazon is where I get my pages too and albums. I print most all of my photo's Janis, it's not quite as bad as you think and it's instant gratification. lol Which is what I like. You can also put your pictures on a Word document and fill the pages with as many pictures as you can fit on there, making them the size you want too. Then print off one sheet of them. I haven't tried this yet, but I know a person who did it all the time and that is how she got her pictures to the sizes she wanted. Have fun!!! Hugs, Brenda
