2014 Holiday Card Workshop: Day 1, 2nd Technique

I finished watching all the videos included for Day 1.
WOW!
These instructors are talented and have great ideas.
I'm back today to show you a 2nd card.
I had to alter the technique a little bit for this card to fit my supplies,
but the overall affect is similar to the instructor's finished product.

Martha Stewart Snowflake punch
Very Small snowflake stamp
Timeless Twine - Aqua Blue
Sil ID# 51527 - JOY word
Sil ID# 23106 - Set of different tags - I used the rounded top one
Tag dipped in water & ink mixture after spritzing my tag with water mist.
Paintbrush dipped in water & ink mixture tapped on finger to have color fall on background.
Everything adhered with foam squares for dimension.

I think that's all the ideas I'll try today.
I already feel behind and tomorrow is another class with tons more ideas. LOL
This is really fun.
Smiles!
:) Janis
