Paper Playtime Ch# 67 - Hearts or Love Theme

Welcome back!
So glad you decided to stop by again today.
Today starts a new challenge at Paper Playtime!
For Ch# 67: Use your Cricut to create a project with Hearts or Love theme.
Here is the card I created for this challenge:

Project #26 of this year
A2 size card (5 1/2" x 4 1/4")
Most of the cards I make are "tent" fold style.
I take an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of cardstock;
cut it down the middle at 4 1/4";
turn strip of paper horizontal;
score and fold at 5 1/2". Voila!

Black Recollections cardstock for card base.
Background papers from Scraps drawer.
Heart border punch from Recollections.
Black gingham ribbon from Michael's.
Buttons also from Michael's and adhered with Glue Dots.
MICKEY & FRIENDS for Heart with Arrow p. 93 cut @ 2" and with Shadow feature.
(Side note: I have noticed that some of the manuals have different page numbers for the cuts. My manual says p. 93 for this cut, but when looking at cut search sites or browsing Cricut dot com's cartridge library, I have found my page numbers and their's do not always match.)

This heart border punch is by Recollections, and I purchased it at Michael's about 2 years ago. I did a Google search for an image of the punch itself, but couldn't find one. Sorry.
"Fallin' for you!" stamp from Mary's Cardz TV Stamps "Thankful For You" stamp set.

Have a great day! I hope you'll pop over to Paper Playtime and play along in this challenge with us!
I am also entering this into the USE PINK challenge at...

Smiles :) Janis
