Birthday Girl

Is it your birthday today? If it is, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Project #5 of this year
A2 size card ( 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" )
Background papers from Recollections "All Girl" stack.
This kitty is cut from the HELLO KITTY GREETINGS cart.
I have to say, this is such an adorable cartridge!
Kitty 2 page 30 cut @ 3 1/2".
Rhinestone from Michael's.
"Birthday Girl" stamp from Mary's CARDZ TV STAMPS "Make A Wish" set.

I also want to stress to you that until I got my Xyron, I honestly did not like piecing cuts together from this cart. I would use my 2 Way Glue pen (which works well), but I would end up sticky all over my hands. My friend, Lynn of Boots and Bling Time, kept telling me to get a Xyron.... and I kept putting it off not wanting to spend the money since I could just use my 2 Way Glue pen.
Since I started using my Xyron for small cuts, I am so enjoying this cartridge again (as well as many others). I love my Xyron! I have the 1.5" sticker maker one. I would love to eventually get a larger one too for larger cuts.

So what scrapping tool do you love using lately?
:) Janis

  3. Adorable Hello Kitty card! Love this stamp set! My fav crafting tool is my Tweezer Bee tweezers. I do not know what I would do without them!

  4. Love your Hello Kitty card. She is too sweet. One of my favorite tools for small cuts is my Tweezer Bee Tweezers. I had a different set of tweezers and didn't like them. I had heard about the Tweezer Bees and came across some at Michaels and bought a pair with a coupon. They are wonderful.
