Penguins!

Happy Saturday!  We've got snow on the ground.... temperatures in the teens up to the low 30's during the day..... I like it!  Of course, I'm warm and snug INSIDE. I don't think I'd like is so much if I was outside for very long. I mean, I'm not a penguin, after all. LOL

I made 2 cards to show you today. Mr. & Mrs. Penguin. They are so happy looking!

Project #309 of this year
Project #310 of this year
Both cards are using Recollections pink cardstock for card base and background Christmas Trees paper is cut @ 5 1/4" x 4" with inking around the edges with light brown.

Penguins are both cut from SIMPLY CHARMED page 66 @ 3 1/2".

Sentiment mats are both cut from the HUGS cut from LACY LABELS. Mr. Penguin's sentiment mat is cut @ 2" and Mrs. Penguin's sentiment mat is cut @ 2 1/2".

Let It Snow stamp is from K Andrew Designs "Winter Wishes" stamp set.

Stay warm, everyone. Enjoy your weekend.
Smiles :) Janis

  4. Janis,
The penguins are so adorable and I love how they both coordinate. You did a great job.
I don't know if you've ever heard of the "I feel the Love Program" by funkycards.blogspot.com . She is gathering christmas cards to give out to a children's hospital cancer unit and I know they would love those cards. They are so adorable.
Thanks for sharing you cards with me, now I'm ready to pull out my cartridge and make myself a couple penguin cards.
