Mmm....

Alright all my bloggy friends.... I have been loving all your comments! I wish I could reply by email to you all, but when I try it just says "non-reply email".  So.... please friend me on Facebook! So many of your pages I've visited have blog hops listed for Disney / Fall / Halloween / and even some Christmas ones in the works. I don't want to miss any of these. If you would please friend me on Facebook and then send me invites to the hop events, FB will remind me. I love being reminded. I don't want to miss any of the fun!
You can find me here.....
Please include a message with the friend request that you are coming from the blog. Otherwise if I can't figure out who you are, I usually ignore requests from people I don't know.  And include your blog address in the message too!  Thanks!

Project #260 for this year 2011

Mmm... Bonnie & I need to make some cupcakes this weekend. Yummy. We haven't done that in too long. She's so fun to watch her icing the cupcakes too.  :)  This is an A2 size card (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") using yellow Recollections card stock for the card base. All the other papers are from stash - various DCWV stacks. SIMPLY CHARMED was used for the cupcake page 77 cut @ 4" and with Shadow Feature. Keypad overlay Row 5, Column 7. Peachy Keen Stamps used for face. PK-451 Wide Eyed Kids 1 1/8" pack. I used my white gel pen to color in the eyes, a red one to color in the mouth, and some red chalk for the cheeks. It really makes a huge difference, don't you think?  The sentiment stamp, "mmm..." is from K Andrew Designs' stamp set Coffee & Tea For You & Me. You can see all the stamps in this set below....

Have a yummy, creative day! :) Janis

  5. Hi Janis, what a cute card,I've been browsing around and you really have some lovely cards in your blog collection. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment on my log about the owl card I made for
My owl mad daughter,it amazes me how
People stumble onto my blog and I'm always interested how they've found me. I found the owl image along with the one I used on the other owl card blogged on 13/08/11 by googling owl colouring pages, took some sifting through but got there in the end. Let me know if you make any owl cards,I'm always pleased to gather inspiration! Happy Crafting,Julie x
